Combine water, spices (agave, cinnamon stick, ginger, allspice, or additional spices add here) and Sorrel / Hibiscus Flower and bring to a boil for 5-10min. Cover with a lid and let steep overnight. Strain tea to get rid of the flowers. Stir in lemon juice or additional water or sweetener to taste.
